Palestine Fire Engine
This picture, furnished by Hunter Williams of Palestine, was taken around 1918 showing a Palestine Fire Department pumper. Note the solid tires on the vehicle. Williams' father, Paul Max Williams, stands at left in foreground on a "'running board" of the truck. Other men are not identified.
